New Exhibit Honors Civil Rights Photographer Cecil Williams’ Work
Florence County Museum has created a new exhibition titled “Unforgettable: The Civil Rights Photography of Cecil Williams.” This exhibition features photos taken between 1950 and 1970 by Cecil Williams with interpretive text, highlighting Williams’ work while also exploring the broader role of photography in the Civil Rights movement.
