Charmaine Clowney is President of Clowney Consulting Group and is one of the nation’s leading labor law attorneys/consultants. She has held executive positions with the US Department of Labor, the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education’s Office of the Chancellor. As the most recent SCAAHC chair, she provided exemplary leadership and service.
