Rhonda Midgette
Rhonda Midgette is Owner and Chief Consultant for InsightfulHR, a consulting company providing expertise to small businesses on protective HR policies and procedures. She has held roles at TD Bank, First Citizens Bancorporation, West Eagle Job Net, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has served on the Board of the S.C. Diversity Council and the HR Committee for the South Carolina Bankers Association. Currently, she is the Chair for the Economic Inclusion and Engagement Committee for the SC Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for this organization as well. She is currently the Chairperson of the SC Chamber of Diversity Committee and is part of their Executive Committee.
